| Flight Arrangement |
You may prepare the trip to Thailand by booking the ticket from the Book A Flight menu, or booking the ticket through your choice of airline, or booking with Thai Airways.
If you need a pick-up service at the airport and booking hospital, please notify us at least one week before arrival. |

If you are HIV positive, then you are a potential risk to the hospital personnel. For this reason, additional 30% of the original charge is applied. |

Payment |
The payment can be Travel’s Check in US dollars Euro Dollar, or Japanese Yen. While you are here in Bangkok we can also assist you with the money exchange into Thai Baht at the Bank nearby Piya surgery clinic office.

Patients are required to submit the following documents before operation: (International Patient only) |

A copy of photo identification (e.g. drivers license, Passport, etc) (e-mail, scan, or fax) |

A copy of 10% wire transfers receipt (please check the term and payment) (e-mail, scan, or fax) |
3) |
A copy of the flight reservation itinerary (e-mail, scan, or fax) |
4) |
The original copy of signed documents of claimed diagnoses or referrals. These documents will be collected during consultation. |
5) |
Once approval for Penile Skin Inversion (MtF) Surgery, the patient may make the flight arrangement. |

| Personnel Belonging |
| Please bring only the necessary belonging. If the patient travels alone, a light luggage no heavier than 25 kg is recommended to avoid injury during the first few weeks of the recovery period. |
